Hello, my name is Lucais Shepherd.
As far back as three generations my family has provided Real Estate service and expertise in Ontario.
My grandparents on both sides had real estate licenses in Ontario. My family have careers in real estate, as well as my uncle, two aunts, and two cousins all are licensed real estate agents in Ontario. You can say we like real estate!
Combined we have multiple decades of Real Estate experience. We all help each other and share experience on virtually every deal.
Myself, I am a Sales Representative specializing in residential homes as well as condominiums in downtown Toronto neighbourhoods. My Shepherd family roots go back two generations in downtown Toronto. In fact, my great aunt, Pearl Shepherd, was one of the first women to graduate from the University of Toronto. She was a Psychiatrist. Living in Yorkville, she used to walk across the street from her apartment to the Windsor Arms Hotel for 'Canada Dry' ginger ale. She was the first person to move in the building.
Today I also make Toronto my home. I enjoy walking and biking Toronto streets and meeting the great variety of great people here. My passion is beautiful homes and helping people get where they want to live in life.
