Open Houses in September have proved to be busy and with many parties going through houses. I co-hosted a Open House on Booth St. in Leslieville, East Toronto (E01). The house sold that day to a young couple. It was listed close to $500,000 and sold for early $490,000s. So many couples went through it was the fast two hours I've worked in such a setting in years. It was truly supply and demand and people curious and people serious. Such buzz on a property is always a good sign at an Open House that something will likely happen and offers will come in. This proved true and the house sold in just nine day.s
